Welcome to the official website of the Friends of Dan Music Podcast!
 
When Mike Post and I started the show in the spring of 2010 we hoped for the best but really didn’t know what would happen. But based on the quality of the guests we’ve been getting and the size of our audience it seemed like the time to take this important step.
 
I have to thank Podarama.com for hosting the show up till now and helping us get started. I also have to thank Dave Schoenholtz for designing our site.
 
The features on this easy to navigate website speak for themselves but I do want to mention that from now on I will be using the blog feature to replace the Pod News episodes. The only reason I did them was to be able to communicate news to our listeners without taking up any of the guests’ valuable time. But since the blog will allow me to deliver news faster, more often and less expensively it seems like the way to go.
 
I invite everyone to participate in the site by leaving comments on specific episodes and/or “liking” them on Facebook. There are icons on the home page that will take you straight to our Facebook and Twitter pages and our You Tube channel.
 
I’m really excited to have this site up and running and I’m looking forward to producing many more quality episodes in the future. Thanks for your support and thanks for listening!
